To request a refund, please contact us at: support@sitedly.com within this period, including your order number and reason for cancellation.

2. Digital Goods and Custom Designs

Because our products are digitally delivered and customized, refunds are only available before the design or customization process begins.
Once we start creating or personalizing your template, you waive your right to withdrawal on digital content and digital services.

By confirming your purchase, you acknowledge and consent that:

  • The digital design work may begin immediately after payment.

  • You lose the right to a refund once customization has started or the final file has been delivered.

3. Refund Processing

If you cancel within the 72-hour window and are eligible for a refund:

4. Exceptions
