Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Websites on your terms.

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Sitedly and members of the Sitedly Affiliate Program. 

By engaging with Sitedly’s affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Participation Requirements

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old.
1.2 You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
1.3 We may approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

2.1 You agree to only promote our products/services in a lawful, ethical, and truthful manner.
2.2 You may not engage in:

  • Spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading advertising

  • Trademark bidding or unauthorized use of the company’s brand assets

  • Cookie stuffing or other fraudulent tracking practices

  • Any activity that could harm the company’s reputation

2.3 You must comply with all applicable laws, including FTC/ASA disclosure guidelines.

3. Affiliate Links & Tracking

3.1 Referral tracking is done via the unique links provided in your dashboard.
3.2 We are not responsible for sales not tracked due to:

  • User device settings

  • Ad blockers

  • Technical failures outside of our control

4. Commissions & Payments

4.1 Commission rates are defined on your affiliate dashboard or program page.
4.2 Commissions are only earned on valid, completed, and fully paid transactions.
4.3 Payments are issued on a [monthly/bi-weekly] schedule once you reach the minimum payout threshold of [amount].
4.4 If a sale is refunded or disputed, associated commissions will be reversed.
4.5 You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

 

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Misrepresent the company or its products

  • Engage in illegal or deceptive marketing

  • Use paid ads to impersonate our brand or outbid us on branded keywords

  • Promote on websites containing hate speech, violence, adult content, or illegal material

  • Use our content, images, or trademarks without permission

Violation may result in account termination and forfeiture of commissions.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved marketing assets.
6.2 You may not modify or create derivative works of our content.

7. Term and Termination

7.1 This Agreement begins upon acceptance into the Program.
7.2 Either party may terminate at any time, with or without cause.
7.3 Upon termination:

  • You must remove all affiliate links and promotional materials

  • Outstanding unpaid commissions may be withheld in cases of fraud or breach

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the previous 3 months.

9. Amendments

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

10. Independent Contractor Relationship

Participation does not create an employment, partnership, or joint-venture relationship.
